Registration fee includes lunches at the Reitz Union on Monday through Wednesday, all coffee and tea breaks, Welcome Party on Sunday, Full Buffet Dinner at the Monday Poster Session, and Farewell Party on Wednesday. Tickets are required for the Banquet Dinner on Tuesday.
Guest pass includes Excursions together with Welcome Party on Sunday, Full Buffet Dinner at the Monday Poster Session, Wine Reception and Banquet Dinner on Tuesday, and Farewell Party on Wednesday.
Accommodation has been reserved at the Holiday Inn - University Center Hotel, with free parking. The hotel is convenient to both the UF Campus and downtown Gainesville. Please book directly with the hotel before February 1st, 2013 (and preferably as soon as possible because rooms are limited) after which the conference room rates ($103/night) may not be available. You will need to state the conference code "HET" when making your reservation. A shuttle will be arranged by the conference organizer for the Holiday Inn University Center guests only. Guests of other hotels must arrange their own transportation to and from the conference site. If you are driving to the conference site, the Visitor Welcome Center and Bookstore parking garage is located next to the Reitz Union at the corner of Museum Road and Reitz Union Drive. The standard daily fee is $5.00 payable at the garage by VISA, MasterCard, or with cash.

The Holiday Inn is a 20 minute walk from the Conference Center on the University Campus.
A hotel shuttle is available from local airport to hotel and back upon request at no charge to hotel guests.
