Arkivoc’s ranking among organic chemistry journals, as measured by its impact factor, jumped seven places in 2007 to 33rd position up from 40th in 2006. The journal’s first impact factor was in 2003 and since then it has risen as follows: 2004 - 0.418 (49th); 2005 - 0.694 (42nd); 2006 - 0.800(40th); 2007 - 1.253 (33rd).
