The Florida Heterocyclic Conference starts Sunday night, March 4th with a Welcome Reception beginning at 6pm in the Arredondo Room, located on the 4th floor of the Reitz Union. We hope you have a pleasant trip to Gainesville and we look forward to seeing you at the reception.
If you are staying at the Holiday Inn, there will be a shuttle to take you to the reception and return you to the Holiday Inn around 9pm. This shuttle will be available throughout the conference for your convenience. The shuttle schedule will be available at the Holiday Inn registration desk on Sunday afternoon. It will also be included in your delegate packets available at the Welcome Reception.
If you are a Plenary or Invited Lecturer you are encouraged to bring your presentation to the reception on a thumb drive. We will be set up to download your talks onto the laptops that are dedicated to the lecture halls. This will make the program most efficient for timing purposes.
